Who We Are

The owners of Senior Living Advisors, Curtis, and Meghan Guy, are experienced senior housing executives that have a proven track record with this industry’s top-performing senior housing providers.   They have been instrumental in the development, operations, and/or marketing of multiple successful seniors housing communities including continuum-of-care, retirement, independent, assisted living, and memory care, for-profit, and not-for-profit communities. 

Meghan, a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, graduated from St Mary of the Woods College in Indiana and worked for Millers Merry Manor for many years.  She went on to manage senior living communities throughout the U.S., concentrated in Florida, Indiana, Illinois, and Rhode Island,  over the past 35 years. Ms. Guy brings an excellent working knowledge of our market areas and the communities that operate within them.  Additionally, Ms. Guy participates in evaluating opportunities, including reviewing all market research and providing critical design input. Ms. Guy has over 35 years of experience in all aspects of senior housing operations and development activities and has held senior management and regional director roles with nationally recognized owners, developers, and operators. 

Curtis is a veteran of the United States Air Force and has spent over 15 years with NASA, specifically managing the IT systems for the shuttle firing rooms.  Mr. Guy enjoys developing “off the grid” residential communities and has recently turned his expertise to focus on senior living.  Mr. Guy is a Licensed Assisted Living Administrator.

Together, they owned and operated Salus Assisted Living, located in Melbourne and Satellite Beach Florida.
